**Medicare Eligible Employees**

  • Medicare participants can enroll in the Medical plan

  • Anyone participating in Part A **cannot contribute to or have contributions made on their behalf** to a Health Savings Account (HSA)

**Dependents of Eligible Employees**

  • Dependents under the age of 26

  • Mentally or physically disabled children over the age of 26
